Loan Arrangements

The Union has an arrangement for personal loans at competitive rates with GE Money. Under the scheme, members will be able to get loans at a rate of 8.29% APR. Loans will be arranged over the telephone and GE Money guarantee that 70% of decisions will take no longer than 20 minutes with 90% of decisions within an hour.

Top-up facilities after 6 months with repayments staying the same will be available.
A standard €72 documentation fee will not be charged and GE Money will also enter members with accounts into an annual draw to have the interest paid on their loan.
